Issue

Satellite not positioning in Ntrip setting with fixed station.
The display that GNSS not available below.

Answer/Cause

1) Komatsu Ntrip Caster authentication setting is incorrect in fixed station RTFSetting application.
2) The wires of Smart Construction Rover are loose.
3) Ntrip setting of the target machine is wrong.

Explanation/How to deal

1) Ensure the setting of Komatsu Ntrip Caster in fixed station RTFSetting application.
2) Check the wiring to Smart Construction Rover.

3) Ensure the Ntrip setting of Komatsu's ICT excavator side.
*When ICT machine is used, some cautions below.

• The firmware version of MC-i4 is over 5.2.3?
• If you use X31, it is already updated to Ver0.9.7.2?
• If you use PH700, it is already updated to Ver1.0.3.1?
• If you use iBlad, it is already updated to Ver20.0.2.4?
