Please follow Explanation step by step procedure .

Explanation: 

1) Connect Radio Modem RS232C ( RTCM InPUT ) to RFT500

2) Connect Smart Construction Rover tablet to RTF500 via Wi-fi

3) Change the Receiver Mode to Rover

4)Set Baudrate  and select Port2 

5) Set NMEA out rate and Output ( for SC Rover app set it to 1Hz)

6) Save and reboot through application
