Please note that the location and description of the settings screen may differ depending on the device and OS version used.

• Tap "Settings".

• Select "Network and Internet".

• Touch "Access Point and Tethering".

• Tap "Wi-Fi Access Point".

• Select "Access Point Name".

• Enter "RTF500-XXXXXXXXXX" as the Access Point Name and tap "OK".

→XXXXXXXXXXXX is the serial number of the Smart Construction Rover (as shown on the back cover of the unit)

• Touch "Advanced Settings".

• Tap "Access Point Password".

• Enter the access point password "rtf500akt" and tap "OK".

This completes the SSID and password settings

Explanation

Android device settings are required to make a Wi-Fi connection between Smart Construction Rover and an Android device. Usually, the settings are already done when the device is shipped in Japan.

If Smart Construction Rover and Android device are delivered separately, or if the Smart Construction Rover receiver is changed, the access point settings for the Android device may need to be configured.
