How to identify DD or DMS format coordinates.

Issue

Do not know how to identify DD or DMS format coordinates after exporting coordinate data from Smart Construction Rover.

Answer

Smart Construction Rover can export two data formats in CSV - DD and DMS. And once data is exported it is oftentimes hard to identify which format is on the CSV file. Below show a simple trick to identify DD or DMS formats using google maps.

Explanation

1. Open google maps on the browser.

2. Left-click your Jobsite on google map.

3. Left click the blue numbers as show in the photo below.

4. Confirm the similarity of the numbers between your data and google map data. See the below picture for a sample.
